Our main UK Shipping option is with Royal Mail Tracked service

Is there tracking on my order?
Yes, tracking numbers are sent when the order despatch confirmation is sent, and they have a link to your tracking service
Tracking usually comes live during the evening of the day of despatch of your order

Order not arrived, can I get a refund
Once an item has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel the order or refund it until we are sure that its lost
Let us know it hasn't arrived and we'll update you on the status within 24 hours

Returns must be unused, in the original packaging, with all labels and tags intact.
