This has allowed us to drastically reduce the environmental impact of the jacket’s manufacture and use, no longer using the “forever chemicals” that are incredibly harmful to the natural world, without compromising the performance of the jacket in the worst conditions.
Using a PFC-free DWR and a PFAS-free bio-membrane has removed the long-chain carbons and forever chemicals from the manufacture and use of the Kamleika, reducing the environmental impact of the fabric whilst maintaining the performance we demand from it. The new bio-membrane is derived from plant-based materials and is a much more sustainable option that is at the cutting edge of membrane technology.
The Kamleika offers enhanced features of a mountain shell in a running jacket. Fully adjustable cuffs, Integrated thumb loops, dynamic drop-tail, fully adjustable wired laminated hood, 2 hand pockets, YKK AquaGuard zips, the Kamleika does not skimp on extras without tipping the scales.
